Our Woofer Quality Control Process — Built for USA & Europe OEM requirement Standards
All woofer assembly manufacturer produced at our facility are subjected to testing for their Impedance curve accuracy, voice coil excursion, and mechanical integration, all these tests are performed against what was published on the OEM data sheet provided to the user. We monitor and keep track of the batch rejects and can provide a qualified report of the test results if requested for any production run by our English speaking QC department.
Transducer
Ezcom Electronics produces a full range of transducer with sizes ranging from 8″, 10″, 12″ and 15″, as well as low frequency transducers in the size of 18″ and 21″. All materials used in production such as gasket, cone paper, damper and voice coil are fully made in Malaysia to ensure quality excellence.
